335's out back with no problem?
This came up for sale on Facebook and I think it looks amazing. Thinking about doing the same exact thing with mine.. 335's just seem awfully wide. Has anybody else tried this? He said they fit no problem. Lowered an inch..

The widest that you usually see is 315. 335 seems to be pushing it. I went to just 295 with the Eibach pro line springs with one inch drop. No problem unless you hit a hole on the highway. BAM!

Barely noticeable difference from 315's, but its there....
There's so much room in them rear wheel wells, that I wouldn't be surprised at all that 335's would fit without issue... Not sure if the difference in profile would actually be worth their price. I can get the 315 NT555 G2's for about 250. I reckon a 335 would be about double that..... I say stick with the 315's. |

Is there a reason you want a 335 over a 305/315?

I'll probably stick to 315. Just curious about the 335.. 11 inch rim

Minimum 11" wheel, not sure what offset you'll need.

There is no logical reason to go wider than 305 unless you're making 500+ at the wheels
That side, steam rollers always add an incredible looking stance to any go fast machine no matter the power it makes.

It all depends on tire manufacturer too. The way they measure the width doesn't have 100% control over what actually sticks out the side. take two of the same size tires from different manufacturers and measure them and you will get different results

i think the most important thing to remember is the overall diameter of the tires. if you run 335's in the rear, what do you have to run on the front so the computer doesn't throw a fit. and will the front rub with those tires.

Important to note too that 335 over 315 is only less than 7/16 difference each side different. I dont think its an issue.

I think what he means is a 335 tire doesn't come in a comparable side wall height percentage to match the outside diameter to an available front tire diameter
