Edfhobbies prety much settled the “need” question in his build thread. Valves were basically clean... so no a CC is not needed on the Camaro LT4.
Now if you “want” one, go for it |

Here's a link to a fantastic install video.
https://youtu.be/aLn_hy5pxH4 I have a question for Elite.. what comments /feedback can you provide as to why he had to use a grinder to modify your design at the 5:50 mark? Has the "issue" that he discovered and modified been corrected by your engineering team? Any updates and comments are appreciated. Just doesn't seem right that we should have to modify the part(s) prior to installing. Thanks |

Good question. Yes, this issue has been corrected. We're now machining the counterbore much deeper into the PCV Diverter so the 45 degree elbow sits lower. |

Great! Thanks for the quick response. Was that the only change / update that was made to the kit? I'm on the bubble of getting it as my ZL1 only has 550 miles on it and I'd prefer to be "proactive" on keeping her in top performing condition. I'm impressed by the quality and design of it.
Thanks again!! |

Any chance I can purchase this re designed PCV Diverter ? I bought your kit this past Christmas. Getting ready to install it this spring when the car comes out of hibernation.

Your thoughts are welcome👍 Just looking for a cleaner install without the hose running close to the belt or pulley. Especially interested in what Elite’s thoughts are. Thanks

I do not know if it is the top choice, but it is what I have. Nice clean look, always a couple of table spoons of oil every oil change (3000 miles). A bit of a challenge to install, but nothing crazy. Just need to be deliberate and plan your steps. I have run EE catch cans on other vehicles and I think the quality is really top notch.

I know it's always the debate EE or MM. The Elite looks better under the hood. Haven't heard many complaints jusy about the mods needed to be made to the PCV but seems like they fixed that problem.
