Matte PPF over Gloss Black vs Satin Black

Would a gloss black part wrapped with matte PPF look the same as a satin black part wrapped with the same matte PPF?

For example, satin black front splitter and gloss black side skirts both wrapped in XPEL Stealth of SunTek Matte.

If not exactly the same, would it be a pretty close match?

If no one has done it, you might ask the shop if they could cut off a small piece and apply it, like a sample. They might charge you $20 bucks, might do it for free. Just let them know you are having it done but want to see what the finished product will be like so you can decide.

(It will be a small amount of effort for them to secure a customer.)
