After alignment pulls left and no castor adjustment.

I got the track alignment and the car now pulls left. I took it back twice and was told there is nothing they can do since it doesn't have adjustable castor. Does anybody know what can be done? A google search tells me this is a common problem. Any chance my ECU will relearn on its own since this is drive by wire or whatever it is called?

What are your actual alignment results? Not what you wanted it at, but what the shop set it to. Post a picture of the sheet they gave you of the results.

There's many reasons beyond a poor workmanship that can cause what you are feeling. But if it was fine before the alignment then the shop might not have done a good job. And that is alot more common than you may think. The tires on these cars demand symmetrical alignments if you want it to drive perfectly straight. Asymmetrical caster can cause what you are feeling but I doubt it's the reason because there is no provisions to adjust it. IOW, they would have had to screw something up big time for the caster to be way off. But asymmetrical camber can cause asymmetrical caster. The car will walk to the side with the lesser caster amount. But it would have to be a large difference to do that.

And no, the car is not going to relearn. There is no drive by wire for the steering. These cars have a steering wheel position sensor but a car that is not tracking straight is not doing that because the steering position sensor needs zeroed.

The tech was willing to work with me and got rid of the pull. He had to add camber to one side and pull from the other. I did test drives as he adjusted and am happy with the final results. The pucs should be in chrono order. They did have to order camber and toe bolts which surprised me.

That first picture, was that the first alignment that you said caused the pull? Having matching (symmetrical) toe is more important than having matching camber as long as the camber is not completely out of wack.

No need to be surprised on the toe and camber bolts for the rear, they are torque to yield bolts which means they are one time use. The service manual calls for them to be replaced after every use. The nuts however are reusable.

Toe settings can't cause a pull, although they can certainly cause the steering wheel to be off-center when the car is driving straight ahead. Only camber or caster can cause a pull.
