Thank goodness....Now everyone can back away from the panic button about sales....

I guess there's no chance the word is finally getting out that the Camaro is the better car, and yes, that includes performance over price....

Camaro still hasn't even produced it's whole line-up yet. Let the Cheap Charlies buy up the Mustangs.

Congratulations to Camaro for the best Sept. sales.....

Indeed, rumors of a facelift on the Mustang are surely slowing down its sales pace..

Nice!!

Those huge incentives do wonders lol.

Honestly though I'm more interested to see how the numbers stack up over the rest of the year and through the Spring of 2017.

Took long enough! Good job Camaro!

Like was said above...I'm curious how the sales will continue after the 16% off deals dry up and the fire sale deals go away.

...but...wait?.?. I thought the average pony car buyer only cares about an inexpensive V8. Performance isn't the primary concern for the majority of buyer and enthusiasts are only a small percentage.

Worldwide sales are small regardless. Camaro just started limited worldwide sales too.

The worldwide sales are insignificant in any case...

Mustang -"4,700 are now in customer hands in Europe.

Several significant markets, including United Kingdom, began selling Mustang in the fourth quarter. Total sales there top 3,500 cars, with the first 1,000 pony cars delivered to customers in March.

In Germany, Mustang was the best-selling sports coupe in March, according to data published by German Federal Motor Transport Authority, KBA. Despite relatively high gas prices, the 5.0-liter V8 is the No. 1 engine choice in Germany. The country also has the highest international take-rate for the convertible model, with one in three sales.

Mustang was the best-selling sports coupe last month in France, according to data from the Association Auxilliaire de l’Automobile. Ford sold 339 Mustangs in France in first-quarter 2016.

Incremental sales in South Africa, Cyprus and Malta are helping boost Mustang volume."

They only say that when the monthly sales lead was ALL they had...

Never seen so much interest in sales numbers outside of Camaro/Mustang people. As long as they sell enough to keep funding development I don't really care who's first or second.

This. These threads are full of hardcore fanboys on both forums.

I agree.

But it's all the Mustang guys had to cling on too....

Personally, I don't want to see myself coming and going at rental lots. I live in FL, there must be 5000 V6 Mustang convertible rentals all over here...

Wow, two whole pages and the thread hasn't been taken over yet by a group of non-Camaro owners giving their list of what is 'wrong' with the Camaro.

This has to be some kind of 2016 record.
