I have so much anxiety now.

Anybody else start nutting up about getting theirs? I mean to the point where you're bumming pills off your friend who made bad choices in life?

It's ok. Tell your guy to lock this car up and leave it in the back. If they bring it into showroom floor people will mess with it. Especially if it is unlocked in the showroom. People wrinkling your seats dragging ass on your side bolsters as they pretend to drive YOUR car. True story.

Tell them if the car has more than more than 10 miles on it, you will reject it. Sales managers are notorious to take customer's cars for joy ride, since it's already sold.

Enjoy your trip and you pick up your car when you're home. Meanwhile chill.

I would cut that trip short. I ain't even kidding. How can you enjoy a trip when your better half is sitting lonely in some dealership getting ****ed up by some dumb high school kid who doesn't know how to wash cars? Swirl marks before you even get it home. **** that shit.

Your friend sounds like the kinda guy who would hide in the dealer's a/c ductwork and shoot tranquilizer darts at anyone who approaches within 5 feet of your car...and he also sounds like he'd do it for free until you return home. But I'd pay for that guy's flight back asap and compensate him with $15/day.

You're lucky. My car has been sitting in the CSX rail yard in Lansing since 11/18, waiting for enough cars to head to MA..
