3rd gear, 3000 rpm/50 mph is well above any lugging threshold. Accelerating from that point progressively will make me notice it.
Going to try this today.

The same theory applies to all gears. Don't bog the car let it breathe a little (meaning over 2k rpms) any thing under should be used for light load applications.

Dude, did you read what I wrote lol?

3rd gear, 3000 rpm/50 mph is not even close to lugging the engine or being at too low of a rpm for that gear. Hence why I was asking about the "rumble" sensation I can feel while accelerating progressively from that range for a few seconds.

If you could give it a shot next time you're out for a drive, I'd appreciate it...

Oops! Sorry clearly I hadn't read the whole thread before replying. I'll do my best to try that to see if I get the same thing in my car.

Hmm...I haven't noticed anything unusual - loving this car so far.

LOL, I figured that...but yeah, give it a shot in that range that I said...curious if you notice it too. Seems myself, the OP and a buddy of mine can feel it so far...may be "normal".

Did it 3 times in the video. First 2 were a little soft which I didn't feel anything but the 3rd time a pressed down a little faster and got it.

Doh.. tried to upload the PDR but I guess I have to link it.

So you can feel it too huh.

...you started in 3rd gear at 3000 rpm (50 mph) or so, then started to accelerate and felt the little bit of "rumbling"? Lasted maybe five seconds or so?

Guess this is looking to be "normal" when doing this...can a few more of you try it? This puts it at four who can feel it. Which I think is everyone who has tried it so far...

Yeah.. Here is the link. Not that you'd hear it but just showing the telemetry.

Thanks...once we get a few more owners to verify this is "normal" we should all be good.

So, just came from the dealer where a friend works. Drove 2 different SSs. One did it the other didnt, even after a few tries. Both were 2ss m6. Mike, friend, drove with me in both and mine. He felt also. So, not sure if normal... Lol. Tech also drove with me and said, it for sure wasn't lugging at 3k.
I left the car with him, since I'm flying out of state tonight for the week. So, guess we shall see.

Were both cars fully warmed up? I notice my car only does it if it is totally up to temperature from driving a little while. Which is why I kinda think it's an exhaust harmonics thing...I mean two of the three you drove did it, one being yours, Joe's_cool_1le said he noticed it, my friend says he can, and so can I.

Curious as to what your dealer says about it. Please report back...

I'll report back. Personally I think it's normal.
