If it were my car, I would focus on driving the thing and leaving it 100% stock until the warranty expired. Reach out to some folks that tune and build engines and have familiarity with the LT4 setup you have for some real-world thoughts on the value.

I would leave it alone. I do believe you would be voiding your warranty.
