Bought an 18' hyper blue 1le in independence mo for 43k with a executive Costco membership on Monday. I tried hard to get down more but they weren't having it.

Jelious of that.... no I'm sorry it defiantly wasn't a bragging thing I didn't get screwed but it's not something to write home to mom about.... here at cable dahmer (My dealership) they try to do some slick stuff adding 3m film on door corners and door handles and put nitro in the tires then try to get you to pay for it. The price they originally brought to me was something silly like 48k for just a 1LE with PDR and wheel locks.

$48k Yikes! Well, they are sweet cars, so forget the dealers, they're all shady and just enjoy it! Well, if it makes you feel any better, the new 2018 mustangs are about 48k for a GT with a performance pack level 1.

Those dealers I was talking about... I paid a visit to one yesterday who advertised their no haggle price of 40k. Once I got there, they said that is just for an SS and doesn't represent the actual vehicle. They wanted 46k for the 1LE equipped SS. Total false advertising, but they get away with it due to the fine print on their website. "Prices are only for example, visit dealership for actual pricing on the vehicle."

Last year they were doing the red tags at the beginning of October. Some dealers were doing more than 20% off , I got 26% off my 2SS on October 4th. Hopefully they'll start up again around Thanksgiving. Not alot of 2017 1LE's left out there.

I got one of the 20% off tags last year also. One thing of note as someone who follows GM and Ford stock. Demand is way up due to the recent hurricanes. A lot of totaled cars due to flooding. So they may not need to discount too much for the next quarter or so.

There is literally NO 2018 SS 1LE Camaro advertised at 5k off. This is what my point has been all along. People keep claiming there are, but check cars.com and autotrader and there are none. These same people don't want to post proof of all these cars listed at 5k off when asked.

Now, I'm not saying one may not be able to get 5k off, but it's not advertised.

Last year at this time 2SS Camaros could easily be picked up for 10k+ off and they were disappearing off the lots.. They were 2016 models and the discounts were advertised on cars.com. I don't see that this year yet.

Koons doesn't include 895 destination in their prices. And they charge 600 processing. So add 1495 to their wow prices

Koons is 2600 off. Ourisman is 4200. Not gonna see 5k advertised off a 1le.

Would it be safe to say I could find a 2ss with npp and mag ride roughly 47500 for 37000-39000 plus tax titles. Somebody said they were getting 9k off a cheaper car so I would assume I could get 10k off a more expensive model. Or do I need to wait longer. At this point I'm thinking about the 2019 corvette.
