I have a ZLE with Kong Ported Supercharger, Katech 103TB, Kooks 2" Headers, HighFLow cats, 3" X Pipe and Factory Muffler. RotoFab Big Gulp, ADM Reservoir and Weapon X triple heat exchangers.

Right now I have a 2.3" Griptec upper pulley with is approx. 9% OD. I just purchased an ATI Damper with a 9.17" Lower Pulley which is Approx. 15% OD.

All stock fuel system, but may add meth because the Weapon X Lid has ports.

Pretty certain I can't use the 2.3"/9.17" Combo, but I am new to this.

Should I change the lower or upper for the max recommended boost on 93 pump gas in South Georgia. What would be the combo if I went with meth injection? I am just not ready for heads/cam.

Vengence Racing Tuned it to 670rwhp before the triple coolers and lid.

It’ll create a lot more heat so the Meth and the added octane from it will be needed. With just adding the meth, probably another 40-50whp. Adding the 9.1 lower pulley combo, another 20whp maybe. I have had Meth on the car before but if made my too anxious. It has been turned off and tuned without it.

I’d save up and do the cam. There really are no cons with upgrading cam. With what you currently have and adding a cam you should be about 710-730whp.

Well no cons with a cam other than the cost and idle quality depending on which cam you go with.

I would talk to Vengeance and see what they recommend. They didn't become one of the top shops in the country for no reason. They know what they're doing and will provide solid upgrade advice.

2.3 upper and 9.1 lower is a lot of pulley for pump gas

I was pretty certain I wouldnt be able to use both, but trying to figure the best combination. Less lower, and if so what size, with the 2.3” upper, or change the upper, , if so to what size , and use the 9.17” lower.

I dont know how much more, if any, over stock lower & 2.3” upper.

Meth would be later and needed recommendation on pulleys with that.

You could swap ring to an 8.6 which will make OD around 16%

With heads/cam, boost will be lower and a 2.3/9.1 will be fine with your mods
