Thanks for the info. I also ordered back in Feb for a '21 but from a local dealership that never received an allocation. When that was cancelled I decided to go with Joe for a '22. I did hear from Joe yesterday and my order should be moving along very soon

There are some 2022s that have been produced..... just none of ours

In one week I have had 4 different TPW's and status changes from 5 different Dealerships. At this point I dont know what to believe. And I really dont have much faith in GM's info. I ask myself what does any dealer have to gain to not tell us the truth? Nothing

In the past week my TPW changed 4 times and went from 3100 status to 3400 status. I work at a dealer and the info you see here from Joe and some of the others is 100% the truth.

Then my point exactly! GM has no clue. I expect that from Biden but not GM...

For what its worth, Joe confirmed my 2022 SS 1LE was built last week, during the first week of production. It was a shock to me when he said the order was accepted in early August, because I had asked him about a month before to delay the order due to some unforeseen overages and material shortages we are experiencing while building our house. Despite my order being given the lowest priority in the system by Joe, GM accepted it anyway, and boom, my car is done and in QC. So, honestly, I don't know what the metrics are, other than 1). Dealer has an allocation 2). GM decides it has (most) everything to build the car. I feel for everyone who has waited 4-8 months now (my order was placed in mid-May, so, a little over three months), and apologize that my order got built well ahead of some others who have been patiently waiting for theirs. Of course, its not to say its done, it could be sitting in a lot for several months with a bunch of 2021s awaiting semi-conductor chips and I may see it by Christmas. Who knows at this point.

Its been a fun ride.... any chance you know what number your build was? if you have the vin it would let you know, so far the highest have seen is 302.

I just got the call from my dealer that my car was built. Who knows how long it will be till delivery. Im surprised to hear it was built already.
