I check my credit report constant and see nothing on it at all for any insurance companies and my credit is above in the 7's so really its more the zip code, city, state ect. i feel. Also my wife is on my plan and they didn't check her credit because there was no social security numbers involved from either of us. Driving records are excellent as well for past 20+ years. Unless a soft pull they can do from my license then idk... This dam suburb is just expensive lol.

Yeah, rates in the NY metro area are brutal. Gotta get out into the country a little bit before they get any better.

From Little neck to crazy ass accident city Main Street Flushing area i presume its more over here either way. I would be around $120 area a month Camaro alone without my wife's SUV on there. Gieco has went up over the past years i am seeing. Also have current defensive driving online class and all that too. F'n Queens NY lol!!! Maybe i should look into Famers next...

Always amazes me how much insurance is over here in the US compared to what I paid in the UK. I guess that's having a National Healthcare system....

$2638 per year when I pay twice per year, and have a discount for also having renters insurance. Michigan insurance is garbage. Do not live here. I am 32 years old, Engineer.

2 dings on my insurance for the last 5 years
  • 1 Collision claim $10K in damage on Camaro
  • 3 Comprehensive claims (2 complete glass replace on Camaro, 1 glass chip repair on Chrysler 200)

It went up from $1900 a year after this crash earlier this year.

Pretty much. I was with State Farm and was paying $200/month with no accidents. 28 years old. Changed to Root and now pay a bit less than $100/month. And $150/month for both cars. I can now insure two new cars for less than just one when I was with State Farm.
