Additionally, if you register your car at my.chevrolet.com you can check your specific vehicle for recall notices. My 1LE was built in May 2018 and as of today there are 0 recalls.
One more update for you yes my car is an early build, but buy the date this was released there are,

( Sufficient quantities of the High Abrasion Sleeve 84638013 are in stock and available to repair all 8,249 affected vehicles, however due to limited stock beyond this quantity and infrequent normal need for replacement of this part, do not order additional quantities for shelf stock.)

Think that's close to all ZL1-1LE and most if not all ZL1, its in there bulletin.

Your dealer is an ass here is the wording from GM.

(This service update includes vehicles in dealer inventory and customer vehicles that return to the dealership for any reason. This bulletin will expire at the end of the involved vehicle’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty period)

My dealer brought this to my attention while I had the car in for one of my oil changes and I had them go ahead and take care of it. So the car doesn't and shouldn't have to show any kind of symptoms related to the issue.

It is true, I talked to a different person yesterday and they said that this TSB only came out 3 days ago. it is something that is only covered during your warranty.

I totally agree with what you said with the tape and the cost of lunch. I have wasted a lot of gas with the dealers trying to figure out the issue and then test driving it to do a "proof" of the fix. Not to mention that I am out of my car and my time dealing with this, only a $70+k car... Pretty crazy.

They tried to give me a 4 banger Camaro as my rental car :(

The car has been in the shop off and on for about a month. I have now reached out to a professional for advice on my next steps.

Well, I just looked at the 3 pdfs listed earlier in this thread and I think I only had the first one done, maybe the second one was out too at the time of my service, since they were both released in April about 2 days apart, but I definitely don't have this last one released on the 21st of this month.

Sitting in the +110deg AZ heat one extremely hot day my display quit but as I pulled into the dealer the cabin of the car had cooled off enough from the AC that it started to work again LOL.

After +17K miles I have not had any of these SB done yet.
I've not had a warrantee reason to have any "dealer" work done - lucky I guess.

My car was built in June 2018. The wiring harness for the recent TSB was apparently already beefed up with an abrasion resistant sleeve, but it was still laying against a sharp edge of sheet metal.

I took about 2.5 inches of small diameter fuel line, slit it down the side and glued it over the sharp edge.

Should be good to go.

I am very glad I found this thread. Last year, my 18 ZL1 got hit by a mud flap that fell off a dump truck. About a week after the impact, I started getting codes, U0101, U0121, U0140, U0100, P0700 and random misfire codes, sometimes the CEL came on, other times not. I did DECs with my HP tuner. I assumed it was because the mud flap hit a computer or harness when it went under the car. Just under 22k on car. So, Im now assuming this harness has rubbed through and I am getting the codes as a result. Car runs good sometimes, but is unreliable. It has gone into limp mode once, other times it feels like it wont shift, or shifts hard. Other times it has a miss and runs like shit.
I called GM customer service and they said because its not a recall, I shouldn't even know about this. Funny thing is, when I pulled the car out of storage today, I received an automated call from OnStar warning me about the customer service repair notification. Because my car has never been in for service work, the bulletin work was never done and now I may have damage to the harness because of it.
