2SS Bose System
Anyone ever had only 1 speaker work in the car, no turn signal audio, no door chime, and if someone calls on the phone, no audio comes through? What did you do to fix it?

My best guess is that the amp in your trunk has failed. I suppose it's possible that the radio module to the right of the glovebox failed, but it seems very unlikely that it would fail in a way that would still allow one channel to play. Ideally you'd want to find out if your amp is receiving all the channel inputs, but I'm kind of assuming it's getting a digital signal from the radio module rather than discrete analog channels. If so, then I think it either gets a signal or it doesn't. So more likely then that the output devices in the amp ar failing for some reason.

Appreciate the response I’ve replaced the factory amp with a brand new unit and still having the same issue. I’ll check out the radio module and try to test the input and outputs on the amps and wiring with a multimeter.

I really don't know what to make of your findings. I was able to find the Bose system's radio wiring diagram for 2016-2018 Camaros*, and it's attached here. What I'm seeing is a set of "computer data lines" coming out of the Radio module (this is the module to the right of the glovebox) running to the amp, with no analog speaker signal lines coming out of the radio.** Of course this means that there are not discrete channels of inputs going into the amp. Rather, the amp includes a digital-to-analog converter: it takes in digital data, converts it to analog while amplifying it, and sends it out to the speakers.
Given all that, I can't see how the Radio module could cause consistent issues with some speakers while one or more other speakers consistently play properly. If the Radio module were malfunctioning, I would expect you to have the same issues in all the speakers. I'm no expert, so it's entirely possible I'm missing something. However, if I were you I would first check the connector in the amp that includes the speaker outputs, and do your best to trace those wires to the actual speakers and ensure there are no issues in the lines. Might also take a close look at the Human Machine Interface (HMI) Control Module and the Telematics Interface Control Module, since they are also involve in the digital wizardry going on in the system. The latter explicitly involves audio signals, too. These are in the area you'll already be in when you access the Radio module. Finally, also check the Auxiliary Audio Input Module, which is on page 1 of the diagram but doesn't say where in the car it's located. I think that's the input jacks for USB and auxiliary sources inside your console storage. Anything that has "audio input" might be suspicious. Hopefully, somebody who knows a lot more than I do will eventually chime in here! *2019+ switched from a MOST coms protocol to an ethernet-based "ABN" protocol. However, in my limited experience the wiring diagrams still seem applicable. They definitely apply on the lower-spec audio system in my SS 1LE. **The regular 1SS amplified system does appear to have traditional line-level analog signal lines going from the Radio to the amp in the trunk, which surprises me.

some good info here and i am no expert, however from looking at the diagram and reading the symptoms of no turn signal, chimes or call sounds. I'm not sure it would be the amp. As I would expect to at least hear from you one speaker all of the indicators you mention are no longer making sound.
In the diagram you have the cell phone going into the radio module, along with a lot of computer data to it and the other modules(which would be the signals for chimes and such I believe. So as Msquared said I would look it and the other modules he mentioned. Might also be worth while seeing if you can pull any codes if you haven't already. |

I was able to run a diagnostic test on all the BCM modules and a few codes came back. After doing some research I found this indicates a problem with the vehicle's electronic control unit (ECU) software calibration, meaning the system has detected that the ECU software is not properly programmed or needs an update. I’m going to reach out to a few Chevrolet dealership and shops to see if they can reprogram or update the amplifier software hoping this will fix the issues!

At least you did the expensive part yourself!

I wonder if those parts (amp, HMI, Radio) were all replaced and just need to be "adapted" to the BCM? I mean, we know you replaced the amp: do you have any knowledge of the other two parts ever being replaced? If that's all this is, that is probably something the dealership can do easily.
