Vinyl wrap, over Xpel PPF?
I know it's ass backwards, but is it possible to wrap a hood that already has full Xpel PPF? Would the vinyl adhere to the film properly?

The people that did my PPF said, that if I decide to add any striping it would be OK over the PPF. Not sure if that answers your question.

I contacted Xpel directly and was told that it's fine to wrap over PPF.
