What are those?

I was poking around my 2SS 1LE and found two missing options.
First, in the engine compartment near the air intake there is some sort of cylinder shaped retaining clip shown in this picture:

What is that for? Perhaps a hose clamp for another ss/zl1 configuration?

Also, in the trunk there is an empty space with an unused Velcro strap pictured:

What goes here? Thanks!

Depends on if it's manual or auto. My 2022 1LE still has the soudn tube.

Not quite. From the many previous posts, it seems to depend on whether it's a 1SS vs a 2SS (not sure if this applies to 1LE s only, or also 1LEs). The 2SS doesn't have a sound tube (my 21 2SS 1LE M6 doesn't have one; yours is an M6 as well), presumably because the engineers thought we wouldn't want to hear more engine noise in our otherwise "plush" environment.

I think it's for the scissor jack option that doesn't come with the car as standard.

Ya, it’s been said. 1SS is the only V8 Camaro with a sound tube. I’m just looking for confirmation for the accessory missing in the trunk. Does anyone have the space in the trunk I referred to in my original post filled with a jack?
