We leave DC at 0500 Thursday for a single day 18 hour transit. Planned, anyway. First few hundred miles will likely be in hellacious rain from Ida remnants. Doing the Finale, Nats, and CAM Challenge.

I will be running in B Street for the Nats only. So Mike, I'll see you and Mr. Hale there. Never been before, and not a threat to anyone! Just hoping to get rid of the deer-in-headlights look by the end of it.

Nationals is a week of fun and games with a tiny bit of racing mixed in for me. I'll be at all of the big parties and running the big wheel pro solo (they live in my shed all year), and I'll be at the pro finale, nats, and the CAM challenge. Just go to be amazed by the skill of the fast folks and to take in the atmosphere that is nationals. If you get whomped, at least you learned where you fit in competitively :P
Any requests for Texas beer for the beer exchange?
