Rebel? 5.7? Glad to hear the Camaro hibernates during the winter. I don’t know how some people can choke running those cars in the winter. 👎🏼

For the record, if I am dropping near 100K, and I considered it with the new kids arriving, it would be a DURANGO SRT HELLCAT!

Specifically due to the fact that I would never get the full potential of what the TRX could do for me, and the same reason I passed on the Power Wagon 3 times for the MetroJethro version.

Meh, the Durango has just a little interest for me with the Hellcat motor. I really have never cared for the looks of that vehicle at all. It has always said cheap/rental spec in my eyes, even at the higher trims. There is a guy on another forum who just had one delivered last month, who had good things to say about it. I’d be much more interested in like the Jeep Trackhawk. Which until the most recent redesign of the Grand Cherokee, I didn’t care for the vehicle either lol.

If you're paying 70K+ for a Ram TRX, I would hope it could beat a 45K Camaro. Even then it's only winning in a straight line.

It seems you do... you took the time to not only read, but also to comment.

The base price is nearly $76k. To get any sort of options you're looking at $80k to $90k...really loaded, you're looking at close to $100k. Anyway, in what world does MSRP = speed?

Honestly I feel the same about the TrackHawk. It was always over 100k and just never felt “worth it” to me. I pulled the trigger on the DDHC without a thought and don’t get rental car feels at all (the carbon fiber pieces on the interior probably help). As with everything to each their own 🍻
