It would be interesting to know how much the LT1 has help in sales.

I asked that question to the VP of sales at the dealership I bought mine and he told me they have sold very few LT1 models. It would be interesting to know how the car is doing in different parts of the country.

not surprising to me, a couple of local dealers to me didnt even know what i was talking about when I said LT1, People in higher sales positions also . So yeah, I walked away saying WTF.

I can't see the LT1 helping out that much in sales. The majority of car buyers (even Camaro buyers) are not enthusiasts. Buyers care more about having all the bells and whistles inside and outside the car than they do having a V8.

I can clear up a few thing from my previous post. I’ve known the VP of sales for years and he handles all the inventory orders for the dealership. He is a big performance car guy and knows the products and customers very well, you don’t get to a position of VP of sales of the largest dealership in west Tennessee not knowing what moves on your lot. That being said he already had a few on the lot and was not seeing much on customer order requests for the LT1. This was based off my last visit to the dealership when I checked out a C8.

I hope the LT1 is selling better in other parts of the country.

Which Camaro is this? It looks like an LT1 with nice wheels? Or one of the LT 1LE versions. It has a long fender badge.
