I really disliked the light change at first when they did it but its grown on me, I still prefer the older version. I agree as said before I wouldn't change them. Just get another car if you prefer either one.

To me, the 2017-2018 taillights seem like a retro throwback modern homage take on 1969 Camaro taillights.
2019-present taillights seem like a retro throwback modern homage chopped take on 1970 Camaro taillights. Sorta like the modern dashboard Tach/Speedo seems like a modern homage to the 1969 Camaro dashboard. |

I like the tail lights on my 2020. But have been wondering what the 6th gen would look like if it had 2010-2013 tail lights. I really like those.
