Love the Garnet, but am pretty sure I’m changing it up to Satin Steel.

Just wish there was more solid info on the A8 issues / resolutions. If a tune and fluid would solve 100% delayed shifts, shudder, tranny programmed to jump to the highest possible gear in any auto mode, I wouldn’t have even thought about dumping it ( honestly runs fine after the flush months back, other than occasional delayed shifts)

I’ll be watching for the results of your build / tune, wondering what if...

Mine was flushed about 15k, I'm at almost 25k and no issue so far.

Beyond the flush they also reprogrammed the tranny. Not sure if that's applicable to anyone.

I had my TCM reprogrammed 2 years or so ago before the rebuild of my A8, worked for a while and worked great, then went downhill.
