Hard shift when braking, just 11k miles (no warranty)

I have a 2021 Camaro 2.0T 1LS with 11k miles that out of nowhere started making a noise when it is braking (downshifting) and sometimes it makes it violently. Testing the sequential I found that when I downshift from 3 to 2 in low gears it makes a BOOM type noise. I am surprised that the car being so new has problems so quickly. My car has no warranty as I am not from the USA and it is imported.

I was suggested to reset the TCM but I can't find any steps on how to do it. Can I do it with a LAUNCH scanner? What steps should I follow? Sorry for the question but I searched a lot and found nothing about procedures. I will be grateful for any help

You may want to check out the two posts below. Your car is newer and should have had these both upgraded but easy to check.

How often are you slowing the car by downshifting?
As implied above this does load up the drivetrain.
