Good to hear and even better that you reported back
your findings. Much appreciated!

One of my gripes is when folks post an issue, say they are going to try x for a solution and we never hear the results, so kudos to you!

Wanted to give an update -

Although the pedal felt better with new pads it still didn't feel perfect. When bleeding before I was trying to get a good pedal feel for so long I started recycling the new fluid that came out of the bleeders by pouring it back in the master cylinder.

The fluid must've been aerated, because I changed the fluid to fresh Motul rbf600 and the pedal improved again.

Lesson learned to never recycle fluid that comes out of the car, even if it's "new"
