Is there a such thing?

I am a pretty aggressive driver. I cant help but to stab out once the light turns green. I floor it 90% of the time I drive. Is there a such thing as driving too hard? Or are these cars built to be driven in such way?

Welcome to the forums!

While these cars are built pretty tough, the important thing to remember is to maintain your vehicle. Lack of maintenance will make your car appear that you are able to "drive it too hard". However, if you properly maintain it the vehicle will last much longer. Now a vehicle that is driven less hard will likely last longer than one that is driven very hard, but Chevy has over engineered these cars to take quite a bit of abuse.

If you drive hard, you just follow the maintenance schedule for an aggressive/city car.

Change fluids more often, check things more often.

The engineers build these cars to meet a price point and have a reliable life for an average driver. All the computer simulations and real world testing don't anticipate you are going to drive it like a race car.
If you are prepared to pay for repairs have at it.

Now, if you can find a car built to be a taxi or police car...

These cars are built well and petty solid; I drive mine pretty hard most of thru time & have had zero maintenance issues in the almost 4 years I've owned it

I floor it once every now and then if there isn't traffic around. I've had my SS for 2 1/2 years without any repairs or anything. The only thing I needed to replace were the tires after about a year.

As long as your fluids are up to temp you should be good.

The SS is built like a Timex. Takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

The OP has a V6. Whole different purpose.

Except the clutch setup. That was an inside joke for the engineers at GM

Actually, that probably would be a good idea since he has D.I. and you do not.

You floor it 90% of the time from a light ? I expect that constantly losing your license for reckless driving will help keep the mileage low and maintenance less frequently necessary.
