Smile Eagle eye LED conversion

Is it possible to put a LED drl H 9/11/13 into the eagle eye headlights ? HID's are not being reliable for me so I was thinking about switching over. If anyone has done this or know about fittment Ect any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you are not getting good quality HID's?

Best deal on the best quality OSRAM HID I have found:

HID's flicker, sometimes go in and out. I figured I need a better quality set but I know people who have HID kits that have always had problems. I was hoping the LED's may be more reliable. I am purchasing something new either way just wanted to get the most reliable product.

You can always reach out to your supplier and have them send you new ballasts. If the company is worth anything, they'll fix you right up.

+1 on dropping the cash for high quality stuff. stay away from the cheap stuff, and HIDs will do you plenty justice. Besides, throwing an LED kit in a projector always produces mixed results. Remember, these will be lighting the road for you at night, why skimp on something that will allow you to see at night? (not saying this is the case)

Get these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o03_s00

I have eagle eyes, and bought this set. Literally plug & play. No flickering. High/Low beams work perfectly. And you do not need to tap into the battery like some HID kits have you do.
I got the 6000K version, and it looks amazing. Very white, with a slight hint of blue.
If you want the stock OEM RS headlight look, you would want to choose 4300K.

I know you're speaking from experience, but i'd still be weary of kits that are sub $50. I've bought kits like that, some worked flawlessly, others lasted a week tops

Well I'm still running on my set of $35 Kensun HIDs....few months now. Pathogen is also still running his almost a year later. Gotta get lucky I guess, but Kensun will replace defective products until you're happy, should the need arise.

http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...mentBulbs.aspx

Reached out to Oracle and Phasket and these were lights they said are compatable with Eagle Eyes.

This was the explanation : The H13 bulbs will fit in the factory Non-RS housing, the H11/H9 bulbs will fit in the Eagle Eye housing. The connections will still remain the same with the Eagle Eye harness to the car but the inside of the housing has a H11/H9 connection.

Sadly still haven't made a decision though
