I think the NA cars will be 2-3 tenths slower in those temps

Awesome y'all! Should be a good time! Yea, NA SBE class gonna be real tight this year. Gonna pretty much be a driver's race given the temps and DA. I won that class last CamaroFest down in BG in my 5th Gen. Best I could run was 11.2x with not the greatest track prep.

Hmmmm, decisions, decisions. Should I just port this MSD and show up on a 26" drag pack with E85 and see what happens? I don't even think there is a place I fit anymore. With the heads, I am not bolt ons and without a cam I would get murdered by the internal modded guys. I guess I can kill myself to get all the customer product out and get the cam, blower and fuel done. Not sure which would be more fun. I am starting to lean towards showing up in N/A configuration.

Thanks guys. It is starting to look bleak. I am going to do everything I can to get there. If I do make it then the only change will be the ported MSD at this point. I am not even sure if I will attempt the 26" drag pack with the time I have. I will be on my 28's. It is what it is.

I was going to see if I could get on E and borrow a 26" drag pack and hit the track on Friday night for TNT to get the car dialed in but it doesn't look like that is going to work out. So the best I can do at this point is get the MSD done, get back on E and figure out how I am going to get there on a slightly tested combo. I will have my stock ported IM on hand as well to see what's up. I am still trying to get the converter dialed in.

In all honesty I would much rather spend my time banging out customer product then spend countless hours on my ride.

I can't wait to meet all of you guys. Hope to see you all Thursday night.
