What is this module?
Behind (in front?) of the fusebox in the trunk of 2020+, there another module. The number on it brings up a Chrysler PCM, so I have no idea what it is.
Can be seen in this photo the right of the amp and below the fusebox (when the picture is rotated correctly: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/attac...1&d=1619066868 |

From what I’ve heard, the MRC module is under the amplifier which is usually on the left of the trunk. Never seen any module under the fuse box, aftermarket?

I finally looked this up in a service manual and all it says is "Chassis Control Module". Not sure what exactly it controls - maybe eLSD? just guessing because I saw you had a 1LE.

Back in the day (1990s), a CCM or Body Control Module (BMC) was behind the dash and ran the dash, including radio, ignition, some lights, and the active dampers if equipped. My 96 Corvette had one of these. These days, I think there are multiple CCMs around the car and they control all the lights, all the interior features, and probably a bunch of other stuff too. My guess is that this one in the trunk controls the rear lights and trunk functions, mainly. I'm pretty sure the ABS and TCS are on a separate module somewhere else.

Interesting. I have a fully loaded 2SS and that spot beneath my fuse box is blank. Maybe that module is specific to the 1 le.
