All in for any options between 55-75. Anything above that and I think we see a repeat of the 5th gen Z28 sales. Hard to pull the trigger above 75 as we push Z06 territory and C8 on the way. I’m not saying it wouldn’t be worth it if it does actually become a 6 min ring car... certainly would be. I’ve been waiting to see what the refresh holds this year and not sure I could hold out for an end of cycle model

NA, manual, ~550 HP and less than 3800 lbs. I'd like to see it priced no greater than a base ZL1. It doesn't need carbon ceramic brakes or wheels, but if you want to offer that on a 1LE package where the customer can specify it (with the requisite price increase) I don't have a problem with it. I don't care if it is offered with an A10 or a DCT, but I won't buy if it isn't offered with a manual. If they can make it with a high-revving DOHC V8 that's a bonus, not a prerequisite.
If that seems unreasonable and it comes down to it costing $85,000+ to make the spiritual successor to the first gen Z/28, I would rather just take the $85,000+ and buy a first gen Z/28. |

It sounds like you will not be happy unless they make something for 45k with over 700 hp. |

Honestly, I hope GM supports all our wishes instead of having to pick. |

GM first needs to set up to make them in bulk, next come the testing need by the Government, and there is a lot of testing and certification that all need to be done, that cost money and lots of time, that will add to the cost, now if they run more then one car with the hot LT1 that brings the cost down. Time will tell, hope they upgrade the 1-2SS 1LE with that motor and make the Z/28 all it can be. |

I actually think the 6th gen SS 1LE is a better value than a used 5th gen Z/28 right now. The only reason I haven't bought one yet is I'm waiting a little while longer to see if there is going to be a 6th gen Z/28.

In somewhat of the same mindset, i already have a Z, and am considering a 1LE , but waiting to see if there is a Z on the horizon before commiting to one. Just think at 30k back of msrp, and a good chance these have bottomed out,a Z represents a great value and quite possibly will hold that value long after the 1LE continues to depreciate. Historically they have never gotten the love, and i have had several in every gen. The 6 is without question the best ever.
