2016: 245/40 front 275/35 rear. 2015: 245/45 front 275/40 rear.

What about bolt pattern compared to the 5th gen? Any more knowledge on that?

Just remembered. In the "sneak peep" photos GM would slip us weekly, what was that we all thought was "Allen" type lug nuts? I see standard style, here?

Nice! I'm thinking I may end up getting the same replica wheels I have on my 5th gen.....assuming the offsets will work and center bore works as well. Going with rims that poked out farther made a nice change in how aggressive the car looked. I'll be hoping to do that on the 6th gen sooner rather than later.

About an inch less in the front and just over an inch in the back (wheel/tire exterior diameter) compared to gen 5 SS. Better performance, less unsprung weigh and somewhat back to car like size tire from SUV size.

My apologies, I will keep looking to see where I thought I saw that information.

I thought it was on the photo I took below, but I am mistaken.

The better unsprung weight would be true if the new tires were not run flats. I bet the weight is more or the same with the new tires vs the old. I hate run flats with a passion. Good news is they are a easily replaceable item and when you do replace them you will save 5lbs per tire of unsprung rotational weight.

Personally I'm going to do 255 or 265/40R20 Fronts and 285 or 295/35R20 rears NON run flats ASAP when I get mine. I will then get a spare for out of city trips just in case.

Why are people reviving dead threads from before the reveal full of speculative info and guessing? The tire size is known now and there is a thread about it.
