6000km not sure the miles on that for alignments according to my dealer as mine needed one. Road hazard warranty for tires and rims is great warranty I'm glad I have it. Costly tires.

Get a good relationship with a local tire shop. I have lost count of how many sets of tires I have bought at my local Big-O. They know me by name and will do any kind of minor tweak or repair for free without batting an eye.
You're rolling the dice letting the dealer to anything they don't absolutely have to on your car. They drove my jeep out once after an oil change and both of the rear springs had fallen out of the keepers and were literally poking out from the suspension. (I didn't have limiting straps) The shoptard stood there and stared at them with a blank, deer in the headlights stare and then tried to tell me I needed new springs cuz mah old wunz was obviuzlee too shart. Scary as hell. |

They can be repaired/patched. Had mine done Yesterday by the dealer. They cannot be repaired if the screw is to close or in the sidewall.
