I assume the dealer is telling you this and I'd be curious as to how they know...actually not curious, just skeptical.

Most of us in the 3/4 group didn't have VINs until 22 Mar. This was either due to Grand River really being weeks behind schedule or whomever(s) is responsible for updating the system wasn't updating the system. Likely the former.

From my current experience, the wait doesn't get any quicker/easier after the car is built. My car left Lansing almost three weeks ago and I still have no idea when it'll be delivered...neither does the dealership. soon.

Easier said than done but be patient, you'll have your car soon and you can forget all about the wait.

The first pics of my ZL1-1LE A10. It has arrived at the dealer and is current going through PDI (inspections). I should have it any day now. Better pics to follow! 🏎

Mine is about 4 hours from the dealer, but doesn't look like I'll be able to pick it up today.

Mine arrived yesterday afternoon, but they couldn't get the PDI done until today sometime. Good luck with yours and post up those pics!

Will do! Could easily be Monday before I can get it...work travel, paperwork going back and forth with Becky, etc. Weather is going to be garbage tomrrow too here.

Good luck with yours! Exciting first one with the A10.

Congrats to you guys! So happy to hear that your cars are close. That is an awesome looking car Sooner. My car has been built for nearly a full month now, and it has JUST traveled to the train shipping station.

It is amazing how fast they can build them and yet the shipping takes forever. They have some room for improvement in the shipping dept. Hope you get your soon.

AC did you get your car yet? As soon as it hits the train the dealership is billed and can turn on the OnStar if I am not mistaken

Yes if the dealership will do it. Some don't.

I asked them to last week. They called me this afternoon to say whoever they spoke to at OnStar didn't like that idea but didn't really matter since the car had just been delivered. Should have the PDI done tomorrow or Thursday and I'll pick it after that. Hopefully tomorrow since it's supposed to rain on Thur.

Took delivery tonight... It's utterly filthy and the dealership was awesome about touching the car as little as possible... They literally took out the suspension blocks and that's it. I pulled all the other plastics and they left everything else in the trunk so I could put it on.

Going to be a couple weeks before it sees the light of day again probably. Crap weather headed our way tomorrow and my detailer is booked out several weeks.

I'm just mostly thrilled that my battery tender was in the trunk.
