Tremec 3rd gear 2021 LT1
I'm not super happy with how notchy and difficult it is to get er into 3rd gear. No matter the RPM, it's just way more challenging than any other gear.
What are your experiences with the M6 in an LT1 or SS? I'm not sure if it's dealership worthy yet or not.. |

My third gear is just as smooth as the rest. No difference at all.

Mine was notchy going into second, until I changed the oil. I used Red-Line. Seems like the original oil gets worn out as the trans is breaking in.

My issues are getting fully into 2nd. I have seen others mention this as well. Basically, when I am being lazy and not paying attention I will shift into 2nd and instinctively the stick feels fully seated but when I let the clutch out, it pops out and grinds. When I am paying attention even just a little bit I never have the problem. It's just that last 2mm of travel to get fully into the gate.
Never had an issue with 3rd. |

Ok, I'm at 4000 miles, and have had an oil change at 1k. Maybe i'll talk to the dealer.
