It is so bad. I know people like to say 'I don't care about infotainment!' but the base unit is a ****ing disgrace.

Yeah it was bad, you couldn't even listen to music through Bluetooth you needed to use the USB cable. If you wanted to upgrade to the 8" screen you were looking at $700 minimum. The OEM swap was being sold for $1,499.

The only way the Mustang ever felt "fast" to me was at WOT, which I hardly ever do for too many reasons.
That was a big thing for me too. It definitely pulled hard up top, but there's not too many opportunities to safely go around screaming at 5k+ RPM.

Where did you come up with that mis-fact?

19 camaro ss 1le is 0-60 in 3.9 and 1/4 is 12.3
19 mustang gt with Perf pkg is 4.2 and 12.6

And no comparison on the 6 speeds. The Ford sucks.

Yeah, that is sad. Looks like it is 10 years too old.

Even the 7-inch GM unit isn't nearly as sad.

So I don't see what the S550 hype is all about, it was an expensive lesson learned but oh well.
Got Damn did you just blindly buy the Mustang....yikes. Hopefully you'll enjoy the Camaro.

I only kept my 2015 GT for 7 months and went back to a used 2013 C6 and modded it right away. Up high the Stang felt ok, but nothing like the low end grunt of the LS3 or my LT1. I like my power down low.

As an owner of a ‘19 1SS A10 in shadow gray, I approve 😊.
And I came from a Mustang GT as well and completely agree how it blows it away.

I was drooling over one when they first came out. I’m glad I held out.

Base model to base model, The LT1 smokes the Mustang GT. I really like both cars, not a fanboy of either, since I've owned both in the past (98 Z28 and 01 GT).

I prefer the 18+ GT for everyday driving, the 5.0 is civil below 4k, but really rips when revved out. It's a personal preference to have the Jekyll/Hyde split personality. However, I'm not complaining that the LT1 is trying to murder me all the time.

The LT1 engine sounds better than the 5.0, but I like the Ford performance exhaust note more than the NPP. Again, these are all personal preferences.
