Hi - I appreciate the methodical and tasteful mods you have incorporated in your SS. I was curious which ported TB you selected? You did not specify the brand. I know some choose VMAX and others Katech. I opted for Tony Mamo after scanning the Corvette C7 forum and the ZL1 TB threads here. Did you find much tighter response post-install? (I certainly did).

Hi Bud! Thank you for the kind words. I went with Prey Ported TB. It’s a OEM TB ported by Prey performance. The TB alone doesn’t yield much power (proven by other members who havedyno’ed the car before and after install. I believe it was gain of 2-3hp. What the TB did do for me was get rid of the lag when I down (rev match) shift. Made that a lot easier. I recently drove my friends SS with stock TB felt so different. In my case biggest help was to help rev match.
