When is a car the dirtiest?!
...when it is new!
Just got a new LT1 in white. Looked clean, but wanted to hit it with some wash and wax. The microfiber felt like I was rubbing it on sandpaper! I just spent the last 5 hours with washing, applying Iron X and claying the whole car... Wow. I have never seen a car that dirty. I usually do the whole process to my new cars anyways... But this one REALLY needed it! It is now looking like a new car should. Still waiting for the top to dry to apply the Ragg Topp. Ox. |

My car was so dirty after 3 consecutive track days this weekend that the cross traffic alert went offline due to dirty/obscured bumper sensors. But yeah, new ones sit outside at ports, dealers, etc and get nasty before first delivery.
