I was struck by the fact that the plant in the article has 4450 salaried employees and only 335 hourly workers, which I guess are union members??
It used to be the other way around. |

GM needs to invest in a new vehicle design team. They lost their way quite some time ago. The C8 is ok, the gen 6 Camaro chassis is ok but the overall car design needs an overhaul.
