So the above post means that no ZL1 builds will be picked up this week nationally? Or does that mean no allocations for ZL1 builds were given? Sorry for the stupid question, but I’m just trying to figure some of this out. Thanks!

"picked up" and "allocated" are used interchangeably.
Those screenshots, while they say "National" seem to actually be regional. So no ZL1s in Gearheads region, but maybe in other regions.

I'm not an expert by any means on GM's allocation process, but that seems to be the general understanding of the constraint reports.

Again, these numbers are for my North Texas area only. It's possible that some ZL1s were allocated in other dealer regions and zones. Since there were some ZL1 convertible allocations in N. Tx., it wouldn't really make sense for zero coupes to be available nationally.

So that 0 zero allocation number is for your whole region, not just dealership.

Correct. Where it says "national qty", that is the region number. "constraint qty" is the dealership number.

My dealer text me around the time the place opened to let me know we officially have a 2ss allocation. Does that mean I'm good or it's still depending on constraints?

And does anyone have the updated constraints for today?

If they're tellling you they have alllocation you should be set to go. Constraint is the limit on allocation. Constraints have been in pplace as limited numbers of allocation are handed out to dealers across the country.

Orders are accepted by gm based on allocation they give out to dealers. It's not just place order, order happens. The allocation given to a dealer basically means they can have a vehicle built.
This 57 is the amount given to dealers In GearheadSS' region. Basically gm is saying they'll create 57 vehicles from that area.

I see from the constraint list provided by gearhead the Target Production Period is 4/11 thru 4/17.

Does anyone know the build out date for the 2022’s and when the production of the 2023’s will begin ??

I believe those of us in the 1100 status should accept the fact of ordering a ‘23 when that becomes available. Any thoughts on this ??
