I apologize if you covered this in the prior 1,586 pages of posts. My dealer has been lying to me for four weeks about allocation. I had enough this morning and called to cancel my order. As you know, allocations come out on Tuesdays. They have been "pushing their district rep so had that we can't cancel this order now." Is there a proper way to contact Chevrolet to cancel an order at 1100 status when a dealer refuses? Yes, I put down a deposit that is fully refundable until it changes from preliminary to production sequencing. They are refusing to refund that too - but I open a dispute with Visa today on that one. But if there is manufacturer help, I am all ears.
