GL 550, 3rd row Check, Reliable Check, Sporty not sure it is fast 0-60 5.5 seconds but corners are so so it is a 3 row heavy SUV, Looks are subjective I like it but don't love it kinda big, but so are most 3 row SUV's.

Kids and occasional family so 7 seats is a requirement #1. Reliability is #2, with sporty #3.
Looks is subjective anyway, so that would be #4. She likes the M5, MLxxx and the Q7. Though I still prefer the 2015 Discovery. If she spends less than the $100k, I will have $$$ leftover for a Camaro upgrade in 2016...

Suburban. King of the Hill, Grandaddy of them all. Powerful, reliable, and while beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder, I for one think a 'burban looks fine as frog hair. It does not appear that your search includes value parameters (although, as you mentioned, a penny saved is a penny towards Camaro mods!), the Suburban is an Escalade in sheep's clothing. And, holy cow, look how many ancient and elderly Suburbans are rolling around, still driving after 10, 20, 30... even 75 years. They can wear the Energizer bunny out, then pick him and a bunch of other worn- out Energizer bunnies up and take them wherever they need to go in comfort, style, and safety.
Suburbans are stylish to bluebloods and backwoods alike. You cannot lose. Oh, they are made by Chevy... not that I'm biased. Oh, wait, I AM biased, having three in my driveway, as in Camaro, Silverado, and Suburban. Love them thangs... |

I think that Yukon Denali would fit all the requirements nice. Loaded to the gills and that 6.2L runs sweet.
Not overly flashy either. A lot of people avoid docs that are driving uber expensive cars. Kinda gives the impression they are charging too much. My dentist bought a new Mercedes AMG SUV one year. He got so tired of hearing patients comment on it everyday, he traded it for a loaded Chevy Pickup. |

I will also take the Quattro AWD over most, if not all, of the competition from a performance standpoint.

Dont buy anything without test driving the Ford Flex EcoBoost. It HAULS. If you tune it, it will beat SS's at the strip. Interior is super spacious, too

This has some work to it, but shows the potential.
