Voltage drop During NLS

So I was wondering if anyone noticed this or not. While scanning I noticed that when I do a No Lift Shift, my voltage drops almost 3 volts when I shift.... Is this normal? It recovers when I get back on it again....I think its strange... Wondering if the alternator overrun clutch is hanging up... Any input would be great...Thanks...
