2018 model year, 42,000 miles. No engine issues, only had to replace bad fuel pump sensor and crankshaft sensor.

Coming up on 119,000 miles! Love my 2017 and I just activated the onStar WiFi and hands free calling. What great features.

Bought new in 2017 - I am at 34,900, mostly highway. Just did my usual 4500 mile Mobil 1 oil change.

I wonder if I should worry about carbon buildup?

I just hit 34k on my 2018. I do 5,000 mile oil changes, run top tier fuel along with a bottle of Techron every oil change. As long as you do something similar I wouldn't worry about any appreciable buildup

At 91,500. A few issues. Two control solenoid valves for the AFM went out at 70,000. Had the shudder at 75,000 but new trans fluid fixed that. Back wheel hub bearing needed replacement at 80,000. Thermostat recently replaced at 90,000. Realistically only two grand in repairs. Bought at 48,000 miles in March 2019.

Im curious how the solenoid values failed. I have heard the thermostat in this car can be a little weak.

Not sure. It was on a drive to Vegas. Had just left Baker and began the climb when it happened. Was told that sometimes they just fail. Made it to the dealer in Vegas who gave us a rental. Cost a grand to fix.

just hit 61,299 when I went to get gas at lunch. I've only done Oil and replaced the dirty engine and cabin air filters when I got it in Feb 2020 w/34k for K&N filters.

I am considering doing the spark plugs early and the trans fluid though.. depending on difficulty level / cost at a shop.

The trans fluid looks easy, according to YouTube lol. Bunch of bolts, drain pan, filter, new fluid, and a little pump to fill it, gtg.

That's good to know. I'm at 121,500 and seems to run as strong as ever.
