Passenger side headlight out. New light = still out.
My passenger light(including the little light bar below the headlight) would go on and off randomly, sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. It went out a week ago and has not come back on. I have since discovered a small hole/crack in the headlight cover on the bottom right that no doubt has been letting water/moisture in.
I figured the hid bulb was kaput so I replaced that today and still nothing.. Any ideas? Is it likely some wiring harness? I just don't want to go to the chevy dealership and get charged $1000+ to replace the headlight assembly.. |

Check your fuses to see if any are popped. Here's a link for what fuses do what. https://www.google.com/amp/s/fuse-bo...ses-and-relays

Sadly no.. Fuses were fine.
Chevy wants $1200 for that one headlight alone. The used ones I find on ebay are $250 or under but are usually missing/broken tabs. Any ideas on where I can get an OEM replacement that won't cost me $1000+ Seems a bit ridiculous for a light that no doubt cost them $50-100 to build. |

Please delete thread.
I traded the car in.(Not because of the light.) Thanks for the help from this forum over the years! |
