While it is a "Z" of sorts, it is only a Z51 Stingray. The rims and spoiler are specific to the Z51. As others said, no, it is not a Z06 (or whatever a Z08 is).

I owned a C7 Z51 Stingray and later a Z06 and got to drive both at Spring Mountain outside Vegas on GM's dime, and the Z51 is PLENTY capable. The instructors were in Z51 Stingrays, and the "class" was in Z06's. The instructor had no problems pulling away from us...yes, the Z06 gained ground on the straightaways, but the C7 Stingray in the right hands was plenty fast.

As the old saying goes, "Its the Indian, not the arrow" ...though I'm not sure I can say that anymore.
