Dealer screwed up a basic tire rotation during oil change! No more dealer for me! - Page 5

Got a local GM dealer in my neighborhood. Been going there for 30ish years. Never once have had a problem. Impala, Monte Carlo SS, Camaro, Silverado, Tahoe, Blazer, Jimmy. Have zero concerns taking my autos there or buying an auto from them. Glad I don't have the issues you guys do.

Should really be negative stars. Had to wait a week for an oil change appointment. After 1.5 hours they wanted to charge me $229 for a battety that was under warranty. When they said car was done, there was a window error. They didn't program things after the battery replacement. How do you give someone a vehicle with an error code 3x3 inches big. Very disappointing.

Finally got around to leaving a review on google yesterday regarding my service and gave them a 1 star and posted my story. Anyway, it was deleted.

Read the Google review requirements. It can take a few days for it to post. You can see your review while you are logged into your account, but may not see it right away after you log out. Google has a lot of rules around writing reviews.

Well my review still has not been posted while others have.

I wonder if it was posted briefly and the dealer asked for it to be removed.

My guess is you are probably violating some of their rules with the content of your post. (But that is just a guess)... Change the wording to something basic and see if it posts. I don't know if the businesses can ask Google to "take them down" kind of defeats the purpose of what customers reviews are for.

Yelp is famous for shady review practices, I wouldn't doubt Google does the same.
