This may be a stupid question. I just recently bought a Camaro SS and it has a sticker below the headlight on the number on the drivers side that says Cam 346 the Camaro registry. Anyone have any info on this.

Do you have the chicklets? It may be the 346th Camaro built that year.

No I don’t but i think a lot of people pull them off as well. Thanks for the info on that. I didn’t think about that.

Last 8 of your vin will tell you. In 2010 specifically the last 5 is the number it rolled off the assembly line. The 6th to last digit will likely be a 1 however as over 100,000 Camaro’s were made in 2010, any camaro over build #100,000 had a 2 instead as the 6th to last digit.

If your car is 2010 #346 the last 6 of your vin should read as 100346.

As tidbit for you Camaro Registry was an old site I think around 2009-2010 that someone put together that people added their cars info to IIRC. If you do a search here you would probably find something about it.

Thanks for the info Blue. I was wondering if it was something I needed to leave on there or could take off. I think I’m gonna take it off to clean and make the car look cleaner. As for the vin it’s 85***. I’m new to the 5th gen scene and couldn’t figure it out.

yeah with that VIN number it does not tie into the number at all. I would almost guarantee that the previous owner was the 346th person to register their car on that website. which in turn means absolutely nothing.
