Did you try setting up WiFi in the car to connect to the house and access stuff? You don't need to do that... Try disabling that stuff.

Mine does that a lot also. I called On Star and tried to have them remove that. But they couldn’t do it or know how to do it. It sucks! I’m the only person that drives my 1LE.

Yup I’ve been having that pop up the past two weeks. None of the passwords I ever used are working (Onstar, Wi-Fi, Chevrolet.com)

I get that message on the infotainment from time to time. Not sure what the typical interval to re-enter the password is, but it does ask for it.
Like KenMaro mentioned, it's the same password as you use for the MyChevrolet app. I've never had an issue logging in. If you are having trouble, best place to start would be resetting your password. You can do that through the MyChevrolet app.
