Mid-2019 manufacturing date is no problem at all if these tires are stored in normal temps and not driven in the cold. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case here.

Yeah, looks like cold weather cracking.

On an ironic sidebar...the ZL1 has heated seats, steering wheel and mirrors...huh go figure.

GM shipped the car to Canada in January, delivered to my dealer in February where it went straight into warm storage. The car was delivered to me with 4 miles showing, I guess GM should take their own service bulletins more seriously?

I was being sarcastic to the other poster saying the tires looked old AF... LOL!

Contacted my dealer and sent them pictures of the tires, now we wait and see. Just a PITA because they are 150 miles from me.

Is there a closer dealer? You don't have to go back the place where you bought the car for warranty work.

Yes you can go to a Chevy dealership in your hometown or closer to save time. They will warranty the tires for you.

Looks yes, but the date code doesn't support that though. Disappointing situation all around.

*normally* there's a tire warranty supplement in the glove box with the manual that says the/any tire warranty is the tire manuf problem.

Thanks for the "heads-up" on the cracked tires ZL1 affair... i'll be sure to check mine promptly.
I had checked mine upon delivery at end of january 2020 ( since we both live in canada and had about the same frustrating situation with the strikes and delivery) ... but, i had only checked the side-walls.

You could have possibly saved my life buddy!

Thanks!

Take care buddy

Andrew
