WTB: SS 1LE Summer tires

Anyone have anything for sale currently? Obviously not in a rush with current weather. I messaged one member but looks like he hasn't logged in in awhile.

If you watch tirerack they will have 2-3 year old "new" Goodyears for a very good price once in a while.

I just installed Bridgestone S007A's on mine 295/30/20 305/30/20 and am pretty happy for the price from Tire Rack. It doesn't jerk all over the road like the Goodyears did and I'm sure they are light years better in the rain. I'm sure they won't set lap records on track, but I haven't been to the track in 2 years, so they'll be fine for me.

If I tracked my car I'd have a set of wheels with the Goodyears for sure, but for street duty there are better choices.

Right now riding on Continentals and have put enough miles on them to kill a set of Goodyears and they still have probably 7-8/32" tread left. Tram lining all but non-existant, as is the rock/gravel flinging on my rear quarters.
Rain is no problem anymore, the ride is still smooth and quiet.

Had I swapped out the Goodyear much earlier I could have avoided most of the thousands of rock chips on the rear quarters.
Oh well, live and learn.

When the Conti's wear out I plan on the PS4S's. They were on backorder when I needed tires so I went with the next tire down the list.

Still waiting for an all season choice, not thrilled with what I've heard about the Bridgestones and the imperfect front sizing.

You have to keep checking, they sporadicly show up and don't seem to last long, haven't seen any in a month or so.
