Grinding sound in rear

I went driving in the rain last week, because we never see it where I live lol. Anyways, a few days after I noticed a sound coming from the rear passenger tire area. It sounds like, when your tires are too big and rubbing the carpeted wheel liner, or maybe a car driving past you very fast, but it isnt. Upon listening to it more, it sounds to me like its metal on metal but it's very sporadic. I've narrowed it down and can make it happen on command now. It doesnt happen when the car normally would bottom out. Meaning I can hit a dip in the road pretty quick and hear nothing. But when I make a right turn, usually at slow speeds, turning from a stop sign or stop light, it happens everytime.. I pulled the wheel off and did a visual inspection and found nothing. Has anyone experienced this before? I was thinking, maybe a wheel bearing might be going bad? I'm going to set up an appointment with the dealer next week, I just dont know if I should be driving it the way it is.

Brake pads could be rubbing on a rotor due to calipers not retracting or a rotor with a bit of run out or out of paralisim condition. I have also seen a build up fo pad material on the rotor or a small stone cause this.

I'll run a feeler gauge through them a little later to verify. I dont hear the sound when braking or stopping though.

Jack the car and check for play in the rear wheel bearing assembly. I track my car a bunch and had a similar sound that turned out to be a loose assembly.

I'll check that tomorrow, thanks! I had nothing stuck between my rotor and caliper.

I took it to the dealer and they couldn't find the problem. They guessed it was the wheel well lining that was hitting my tire, but it wasnt. Has anyone ever had a mrc shock go out before? I'm starting to wonder if that could be it. There were no rocks or anything, and the wheel bearing, rotor, all seems to be fine.
