Just a quick question regarding the stock headers:

Can someone confirm what the inner and outer diameters are for the stock shorty headers?

Yeah, I just took mine off and they are sitting in the next room. The sizes for some of the primary tubes are different from others. Basically, during the bend down, the outside seems to be about 1 11/16 both ways. The inside is APPROX 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 on the inside. The reason I say approximately is because my calipers are the dollar store type. Also the mouth is slightly larger and then it immediately tapers to the aforementioned size. Hope that helps
